There are two seperate living areas at the cottage to provide extra space for everyone in the party. The first living area comes complete with a couch and chair in which to enjoy the television with cable, DVD player and VCR. A woodstove is the perfect way to take the chill out of those cool nights.

The second living area has two couches and a table, you will also find audio and CD Player. This is a great place to enjoy a book, play some cards, or to listen to some music. From the living room you can access the deck and yard at the back of the cottage through sliding glass doors.

The kitchen at this cottage is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, and a toaster-oven. The dining room is has a table and chairs to comfortably seat everyone in your party. From the dining room you can access the deck and the yard at the back of the cottage through sliding glass doors.

There are three bedrooms at the cottage, each with wood laminate flooring throughout. Two of these bedrooms each have a Queen sized bed and the third bedroom has three singles.

The two bathrooms at this cottage they include a three piece with a bathtub, this bathroom has 2 sinks, the second bathroom has a toilet and a shower and the sink is located in the laundry room next door to this washroom where you will also find the washer and dryer that are provided for your convenience.

On those rainy days you can enjoy friendly games of ping pong in the garage, always a family favorite.

When the sun is shining, there is ample outdoor space at the cottage to enjoy. The front deck at the cottage faces West and is equipped with a table,chairs and benches, and both a charcoal and propane bbq. The back deck of the cottage also has a small table, chairs and picnic table.

The back yard of the cottage is nice and large, so there is lots of space for children to play in. Here you will also find a fire pit with bench seating, and a picnic table under a shade tree. With all of the outdoor space available, you can follow the sun all day long, or find places to keep cool in the shade.

The cottage is a 5 minute walk to the commercial core of Sauble Beach with its store, restaurants and minigolf and amusement park.

There are also 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the cottage.
