Roomy three bedroom, 1800 sq ft cottage, just 450 meters from the renowned Sauble Beach on the shores of Lake Huron. A short walk to the best fresh water beach in Canada or to the downtown core of Sauble Beach with all of it’s shops and restaurants.

There are two separate living areas at the cottage to provide extra space for everyone in the party. The first living area comes complete with a couch and chair in which to enjoy the television with cable, DVD player and VCR. A wood-stove is the perfect way to take the chill out of those cool nights.

The second living area has two couches and a table, and you will also find a CD Player. This is a great place to enjoy a book, play some cards, or to listen to some music. From the living room you can access the deck and yard at the back of the cottage through sliding glass doors.

The kitchen at this cottage is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and more. The dining room has a table and chairs to comfortably seat everyone in your party. From the dining room you can also access the deck via the sliding glass doors.

There are three bedrooms at the cottage, each with wood laminate flooring throughout. Two of these bedrooms each have a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has three singles.

There are two bathrooms at the cottage – one is a four-piece with a tub/shower and dual sinks, while the other bathroom is a two-piece with a toilet, shower and the sink is located in the laundry room adjacent to this bathroom. The laundry room also offers a washer and dryer available for your use.

On those rainy days you can enjoy friendly games of ping pong in the garage, always a family favorite.

When the sun is shining, there is ample outdoor space at the cottage to enjoy. The front deck at the cottage faces west and is equipped with a table and chairs, as well as both a charcoal and a propane BBQ. The back deck of the cottage also has a small table and chairs.

The back yard of the cottage is grassy and spacious, so there is plenty of space for the kids to play. Here you will also find a fire pit with bench seating, and a picnic table under a shade tree. With all of the outdoor space available, you can follow the sun all day long, or find places to keep cool in the shade.

The cottage is a just a five minute walk to the commercial core of Sauble Beach with its shops, places to eat and sights to see. Or continue down the main street to the main entrance of Sauble Beach – a fantastic sandy beach that is great to enjoy days of swimming, sandcastle building and sun bathing, and be sure to catch a world famous sunset! For those that enjoy golf, there are four golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the cottage. When you rent this cottage you are paying for its location in proximity to the beach – truly a great location to enjoy the best of Sauble!
